Hosting a Fabulous Fashion Week for Victoria Leeds

Brief:

Victoria Leeds is the city’s premier retail destination, home to many renowned high-street names as well as luxury designer brands. PGHL partnered with the centre to create and deliver an exclusive fashion show which kicked off the Victoria Leeds Fashion Week 2024 and supported Leeds charity Smart Works. The brief was to deliver a high-profile event that showcased the runway trends of SS24, and would attract fashion-lovers, celebrities and the city’s movers and shakers!

Response:

PGHL worked closely with the Victoria Leeds marketing team to create a stunning show set against the backdrop of the centre’s beautiful Victorian architecture. The show incorporated 24 retailers, and we managed all aspects of the event from concept creation and delivery, set design, model casting, choreography, performers and music curation.

Our highly experienced team also project managed on the night taking care of AV, live production and stylists.

The PGHL PR team collaborated with influencers and key media contacts including regional and national journalists to create a buzz around the show grabbing headlines for this must-see event.

We also handled celebrity invites to fill the FROW and hosted a pre-VIP party The Ivy along with the official after party at Harvey Nichols.
