To launch Moda’s New York Square neighbourhood to potential tenants and bring it to the attention of the regional and property trade media.
This innovative development offers 515 studio, one, two, and three-bedroom apartments in Leeds city centre with a state-of-the-art specification, wellness and leisure facilities, beautifully designed spaces and epic panoramic views.
New York Square is the new standard in contemporary city living with exceptional attention to detail, so it needed a launch event that was befitting of its status. We proposed a showstopping spectacle for 250 guests that really gave the wow factor and put this new development on the map!
Our highly experienced creative events team handled the full event management from creative concepts, though to live production, visuals, entertainment, styling and guest management. A food collaboration with The Ivy Asia also gave guests the first taste of the restaurant’s menu, before it had even opened in Leeds. The event was supported with a regional and trade media relations campaign and exclusive press tours.
